Editorial Note: Libraries – The Catalysts for Sustainable Change

By Dr Sadie-Jane Huff, Editor-in-Chief

Dear Readers

With this issue of SJLIM, we celebrate two significant occasions, namely SG60 and LAS70.

We pay tribute to the impeccable work that libraries and educators have done to shape Singapore’s sustainable future by finding ways to leverage on the 17 United Nations Sustainable Development Goals also known as UN SDG.

We hope that you enjoy the articles that share insights from both public and academic libraries.

More importantly, we are reminded that as librarians, we pride ourselves for not merely pacing ourselves with change but, for constantly making the waves.

Here’s to the next chapter of learning, stewardship, and always with that unmistakable pinch of library magic.

Excelsior!
